Parents visit 5-6 childcare centres before choosing one. That means 5-6 disruptions to your educators' day, 5-6 tours for families who may not be the right fit. A DSLR-quality 360° virtual tour lets parents explore your centre online first — reducing unqualified tour requests by 60% and ensuring the families who do visit are already sold on your environment.
Our Difference
Most virtual tour companies use a single camera on a tripod. We shoot with professional DSLR panoramic rigs that produce image quality far superior to Matterport-only competitors. Every panorama is pin-sharp, colour-accurate, and high dynamic range — showing your centre in the best possible light. Parents notice the difference immediately.
Why It Matters
Parents are researching online before they book a single visit. The centres that show everything upfront win the enrolment. Here's why the best operators are investing in virtual tours.
Parents make emotional decisions about childcare. A 360° tour lets them feel the warmth and safety of your centre before stepping through the door. When they arrive for a physical visit, they're already emotionally committed — converting at significantly higher rates.
Show parents exactly what their child's day looks like. Indoor play areas with soft fall, secure outdoor spaces with age-appropriate equipment, quiet sleeping areas, and clean kitchen facilities. A virtual tour proves your safety standards without saying a word.
Qualified educators choose where they work. Embedding your virtual tour on job ads and recruitment pages lets prospective staff see the quality of your environment, resources, and facilities before applying. Attract better candidates by showing, not just telling.
Open days are expensive, time-consuming, and disruptive. A virtual tour is your 24/7 open day — available to every parent, every partner, every grandparent, on any device, at any time. One investment that replaces dozens of scheduled tours throughout the year.
The Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority encourages visual documentation of learning environments. A virtual tour serves as a living record of your facility's quality, supporting NQS assessments and demonstrating ongoing compliance to assessors and families alike.
When parents search "childcare near me" on Google Maps, centres with 360° tours stand out with a visual preview directly in the listing. Your tour appears in Google Business Profile, Google Maps, and search results — driving more clicks and enquiries from local families actively searching.

Questions
Our Scout package is purpose-built for single-centre operators. You get up to 10 professional DSLR 360° panoramas covering your key areas — entry, reception, play rooms, outdoor spaces, sleeping area, and kitchen. These aren't phone photos or basic point-and-shoot images. They're shot with a professional DSLR panoramic rig producing pin-sharp, HDR-processed panoramas. They're uploaded to Google Maps so parents find you when searching "childcare near me". For most centres under 100 places, Scout covers everything you need. Contact us for pricing.
Absolutely. Every tour has a shareable link that works on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, desktop. Parents can send it to partners, grandparents, or anyone involved in the childcare decision. No app downloads required. The tour also embeds directly on your website so it's always accessible from your centre's homepage or enrolment page. Partners who can't attend a physical tour can explore the centre at their own pace, any time of day.
We photograph the areas parents want to see: reception and entry, baby rooms, toddler rooms, preschool rooms, outdoor play areas, sleeping and rest areas, kitchen and meal prep areas, bathrooms (empty), and any specialist spaces like sensory rooms or libraries. We always shoot when children are NOT present — typically after hours, on weekends, or during a pupil-free day. Every image is reviewed and approved by your team before publishing. We'll work with your centre director to plan the shoot schedule.
Yes. Our Fleet package is designed for multi-centre operators like Goodstart, G8 Education, Affinity Education, and Only About Children. You get portfolio-wide bulk pricing (15-30% discount), consistent branding across all centres, a centralised management dashboard, rolling update schedules, and a dedicated account manager. Whether you have 3 centres or 300+, we scale with you. We can also coordinate shoots across multiple states with a single point of contact.
Our DSLR 360° photography uses a professional camera rig to capture panoramas with significantly higher image quality, dynamic range, and colour accuracy than any automated scanner. This is our foundation — every package includes it. Matterport adds a 3D dollhouse view and interactive floor plan on top, which is great for larger centres where parents want to understand the layout spatially. Think of Scout as the premium photography, and Explorer as the premium photography plus the 3D model.
A typical childcare centre takes 1-3 hours depending on the size and package. Scout (DSLR 360° only) is usually 1-2 hours. Explorer (with Matterport) is 2-3 hours. We schedule shoots when children are not present — after 6pm on a weekday, Saturday mornings, or pupil-free days. Our equipment is quiet and compact. Delivery is 5-7 business days for Scout and 7-10 business days for Explorer.
Click and drag to look around. Live DSLR-quality 360° tours of real childcare centres.
Parents love being able to explore our centre before enrolling. The virtual tour answers so many questions and gives them confidence in the safety and quality of our environment.
While other centres rely on phone photos and a paragraph of text, give families an immersive DSLR-quality 360° experience that builds trust before they ever walk through your door.
